🔅 Create a key pair
🔅 Create a security group
🔅 Launch an instance using the above created key pair and security group.
🔅 Create an EBS volume of 1 GB.
🔅 The final step is to attach the above created EBS volume to the instance you created in the previous
1. Check the AWS CLI version
2. Configure AWS CLI
3. We Create the Key-Pair using Aws cmd.
a. aws is the main cmd.
b. ec2 is a sub-menu of aws.
c. key-pair is the sub-menu of ec2.
d. key-name is the argument and “aws_key” is my Key name.
4. We create one Security Group.
a. create security-group is sub-menu of ec2.
b. group-name means the security group name you want to provide. In my case, it is “my_sg”.
c. description means tag you want to provide. In my case, it is “task3”.
5. We create one EBS Volume.
a. create-volume is a sub-menu of ec2.
b. availability-zone is one argument present in create-volume. Here We provide the Availability zone name where we want to launch our EBS.
c. size we provide to get the size from EBS as per the requirement.
5. We create One Ec2 instance and attach newly created EBS .
Now we attach the EBS with this Instance.
When we create the EBS it is available to use but now it shows in-use. It means it is successfully attached to our Ec2 instance.
